Navigating to Disney Springs

I will be headed to Disney Springs for a La Nouba show on a Wednesday afternoon around 3PM. How difficult is the navigation (lane closures, road construction, etc) to the parking garage or wherever you need to park now? I will be coming from Animal Kingdom.
