Navigating the My Disney Experience (MDE) Web Site and App

Sorry if this has already been asked. Can you add other reservation numbers such as Pirates League bookings into the app? Or just resort and dining? Tia

I've only been able to add in resort and dining. I would like to add in my BBB reservation, but I've been unable to.

Yes same here I just tried again with no avail. Seems to be no option to add a reservation 'experience' such as this. I have added it instead to the my plans feature on the due date and put the reservation number in the notes.

Yes it's a workaround although it doesn't extend as far as you can book a reservation and apart from repeat typing in the individual days I can't seem to find a way of having an experience that lasts more than one day. I was trying to add my disney 4 night cruise.
 
MDE still can't link my dining reservations with my resort reservation. :badpc::confused3

When I went to click on a link for more info, I got a "sorry, your session has timed out. Please sign in."

After 30 seconds? Really Disney? :rotfl2:

So is there a way to add celebrations to your reservations? I believe this has been discussed before but don't know if anything has changed!
 
Version 1.3 .3 is now up for Android . it says performance improvements and battery usage improvements
 
Very frustrated. When I try to link my dining reservations to either the iPhone app or the website, it tells me it cannot be located as entered. UUURRRGHHH.

How were the ADRs reserved (on-line or phone [main dining line or DVC])? If you called DVC, they are very bad about getting the phone and email entered on the ADRs which makes them not linkable. Try calling the main dining line (407-WDW-DINE) and have them pull up your ADRs and see if the phone and email are missing (or different).
 
Since my previous post on how to access reservations through the Disney website I have found I am now unable to get the "Welcome to" page listed in a search.

UK users may like to try the following link which seems to take an eternity to find using the site itself.

I have no idea why that page is so difficult to find using the UK english portal.
If it works for you, be sure to bookmark the page on your browser.

If anyone, particularly UK users are still having trouble, I have also found that the portal seems to take a frequent dislike to Firefox as a browser. Using the same machine running both Firefox and Windows Explorer the site will tell me it's unavailable in Firefox and load normally in Explorer. :surfweb:
 
The app is buggy to say the least.

Go on the website, plug in what you want for dining reservations, do the same at the same time on the phone, and you get two different results.
 
I'm in Canada and still cannot get the new website with the My Disney Experience tab but I do have the iphone app. I have tried on muliple computers with mulitple browers.

I emailed Disney IT about it on Thursday and here's what I got back:

I'm not having a problem with booking dining, however as stated earlier in the thread even on wifi ( I have super fast Internet and wifi (7,117.2 Kbps) it still has about a 10 sec for page loads which is not s big deal but I'm worried that in the park it may be worse.

I logged into the website with my iPad, and my ADR miraculously showed up. But now all my room reservations are gone. They have been consistently showing up for weeks.

I know I shouldn't be too greedy.
 
So , on the web page you can add parks for scheduling the day. On the app it only allows add ons like fireworks, parades etc. I went on website version and added my parks of the day. Just for scheduling convenience. Guess what ? They didn't carry over to my app on iPhone. So a two parter, does anyone have experience with plans carrying over from the website ? And does anyone know how to add the park de jour on the app , not just the parade ?

Everythime I try to check my plans, it tells me I must first read and accept ToC and would I like to do that now.

When I tap 'yes' to read them, my iPhone freezes.

Have you downloaded the newest update? I didn't know there was one (you would think it would mention it when you log on?). Mine kept doing the same thing before I updated.
