Navi River at closing time?

So, we are hoping for FP for FOP twice during our upcoming trip, FP day is a week from Friday. If we get both of those FP, that will leave us going standby on Navi River both AK days. The first day TP estimates wait time that morning will be 49 minutes which isn’t my favorite number but we will get through it. The second day we are there we were hoping to jump into the line at closing time since I’ve read here that wait times are inflated for FOP and it’s a good option. Is it a similar story for Navi? TP estimates the wait will be 75 minutes at close, but will it actually be shorter? We will have 3 small kids and they won’t stand in line for over an hour that late but if it’s not really that long it’s doable. Anybody done this??

We did this a few months ago. Got in line for the boat ride about 10 mins before closing.

Posted wait was 60 if I remember correctly. We waited 10.

Have done this 2x-both times I think we waited 15 to 20 minutes.
