We used Nativeway and they were great. They meet you right at the pier and are very friendly. After our excursion, the vans were loading up and the owner, Sharon, asked if we wanted to ride with her in her SUV. She dropped off my BIL and niece at 7 Mile Beach and then asked if the rest of us would like to take a short trip to Hell (she had talked to someone on her cell phone and heard that traffic back to town was backed up so she didn't want to drive there yet). We went to Hell for about 30 minutes (plenty of time) and then she took us back to Georgetown. Also on the excursion I wasn't feeling well and didn't get in the water. They only charged me $10 for the ride, instead of the full $25, which I thought was nice too. I don't think you can go wrong with either company.
