Nationals last minute rate?

I've been watching Nationals rates and checking with different codes and thought our rate for this Saturday might come down but it has'nt budged, maybe tommorrow it will come down a bit. But meanwhile I thought I would check Nationals last minute rate and that is about $40 less than the rate I have now at National, it saids no other discounts excepted but when I put in my coupon code for my entertainment coupon it excepts it. Can you use a coupon with the last minute rate? If so it would save me another $20 and that would be great! Thanks, Linda

I just got a last minute rate from National for $19/day for the weekend of 12/18-12/21, plus I used a coupon for a free day. So.. yes you can use a coupon! Good luck.

Yep, it was one of their last minute specials just out this week - I almost passed out too!! Especially since when I started searching just weeks ago, it was $96/day for a midsize! Haven't had a rental this cheap for well over a year.

I have used a coupon with the last minute code before, no issues. I would use one of the free day codes or $$ off codes directly from National, if they are accepted. That way, no coupon is needed.

I got a rate of $20/day with the last minute rate for a full size, and I used a ent. coupon for a free day because the other codes I found for a free day was for a week stay and we are renting for only 4 days. Thanks, Linda

I too used a $35 e coupon from the Mousesavers website on a last minute national rate, booking a full size.

there were two rows at MCO to choose from, we got a nice toyota sienna van for 7 nights for $203.

It seemed overkill for just the two of us but we stayed offsite for 4 nights at the Waldorf Orlando so we had to transport our owners locker.

The van came in handy.

Yes, you can combine coupons with last minute deals, and make sure to sign up for Emerald Club if you haven't already to get another 10% off.

Back in October I used a National last minute deal in Vegas, plus a $20 off code from their website. I didn't belong to the Emerald Club at the time I booked online. But after I enrolled online I called them and they added the Emerald discount (10%). I ended up getting another $10 off for their "Quality Service Program." In the end we had a minivan (at midsize price of $19.98/day) for a total of $45.47 for 3 days. I wish I could find such a deal for Orlando.
