We signed up for National's Emerald Club through the link on mousesavers a couple of days ago. We still haven't received any emails confirming our club registration. Is this normal? Do you not hear from them until your card arrives in the mail? The site said it takes 4-6 weeks for the card to come, I hate to wait that long only to find out we have to start all over. :confused3

When you signed up, did the next screen give you your Emerald Club Number? As long as you have that number, you can book through the EC.

A screen did not come up with our Emerald Club Number. It just went back to the main screen you use to make a reservation/check prices? Any thoughts? Should I re-sign up?

Thanks!

It's been almost three years since I joined so I don't remember exactly. But when I registered, a screen came up with a picutre of the EC Card with a number on it and the instructions said to print the page.

I just looked through my e mail and I didn't see one from national welcoming me to the EC. So, you may have signed up OK.

I guess it doesn't hurt to sign up again.

Thank you for your help. Maybe I'll sign up again to play it safe.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

I wonder if something went wrong. When you sign up you get a screen telling you the fee is waived and then you get a screen with a picture of your EC card that you print out as a temp card.

You could call National and ask. If it didn't work, go through the process again.

The screen came up saying that the fee is waived but a screen with a temp. card never came up. :confused3

I guess I will have to call them and/or reapply. Thanks!
