Has anyone's child participated in this? My older DD was nominated by one of her teachers, and I am not familiar with this program. The cost is $1,325.00. I am just wondering if it is a worthwhile thing for her to attend.

I don't have any info for you unfortunately, but DS17 was also nominated. It looks like a great program but we don't have that kind of money available. It's tough when kids are nominated for things like this and People to People but have to raise money for their kids to go. BTW he did include the nomination on his resume when applying to NHS so maybe it counts for something!

My son was "invited" to attend, but between time and money restraints, It's not going to happen. His histroy teacher put him in for it. This summer couldn't be any more packed.
