[Three cats]

My confirmation says my reservation qualifies for "counter service" and to proceed to the rental counter. Does this mean I cant use the kiosk? If it makes any difference, I used the "KLM" code. Thanks!!

I didn't know national had kiosk. Alamo does, but have never seen at national. Counter service is not bad , but if you want to avoid, join club so you can just walk out to garage and pick out your class of car reserved.

I didn't know they did either but I noticed it at the bottom of my confirmation email.
