National- Price Match?

Hi- I'm a National Executive Member. I'm wondering if anyone has ever had any luck or knows a number to call concerning a possible price match . When I price a car from Car care center vs airport it is approx 100.00 less. I DO NOT want to deal with the Car Center since I had one of the most awful experiences of my life there this summer.. National agreed as well and did credit me almost 200.00 on that rental when I explained the whole story.

Remember, the car care center does not have aisle service either. If you book a full size, that is the size you will get. To use the Executive Aisle choose your own car selection you have to go to a participating location. This is one of the reasons we always pick up at the airport. Sometimes its cheaper at the airport and other times at off site locations. Maybe there's time for the price to change. When is your trip?
