I just wanted to tell everyone I just returned from 9 days at WDW. When I arrived at EA I was able to get a nice Dodge Grand Caravan on the EA for the price of a full size. However, on check out I noticed the price was $11 than my quote. I showed the agent at the kiosk my confirmation with the price quote and he was not helpful. He told me I could not hold up the line (there was no one else in line to exit) and that I would have to go inside. I told him if I wanted to go inside to the counter I would not have joined EA. He did nothing. I had no time to go to the counter either. SO I will be calling National and, if I get nowhere, disputing the charges with my credit card.

Everyone beware and keep those written confirmations.

Is it possible that you were charged for gas? If you return the car without a full tank, EA will charge you for gass at prevailing rates, but we did notice it was a little over the top for the gas they did charge.

No Lori, I saw the charge when we arrived at EA and were trying to leave the garage to head for WDW. The price was the same when we returned the car. The guy in the booth who I spoke to was the guy there when we arrived and were trying to get to WDW. He was no help whatsoever.

I did, however, just call National customer service. The man I spoke to was very helpful. He adjusted the rate for me, and I did not have to go to the counter to do it!
