National EA - Arriving Late - Feast or Famine?

We have Emerald Aisle reservations with National for this Friday. Our fight does not arrive until 11:30pm. I'm wondering if we can expect to have a lot of choice at the Aisle, or if there will be slim pickings?? My DH thinks that maybe there will be lots of choice as maybe they work late to clean, wash and gas cars and get them to the aisle for the morning rush?? Anyone experienced the aisle late at night?? I generally have good luck with cars on EA when I fly in late. My last few trips, I didn't arrive until 10:30pm most of the time. 2 times, it was the standard Intrepid...once was a Suzuki XL7.

I think you'll be fine.

We landed last December, around 9:30, on a Friday night and had a full size reserved with Emerald Reserve. We never even got to the full size aisle. The Emerald Aisle was fully loaded with a ton of PT Cruisers, Chevy Impalas and many other things. They told us to just take our pick in the aisle.

2 of our last 3 trips where all after 11pm and had a GREAT selection. We left with suv's both times. The "day" landing 10:30am = not much and waited for something, nothing came. finally took a crysler sebring 2 door / with fair sized trunk (but we had a lot of luggage), and the 2 door was a BAD idea. It was the "best" car there.

Looks like our arrival time of 2:15 pm gives us a 50/50 shot on Thursday of getting a full size or bigger on the EA. I have a backup with Alamo just in case.
