National down again...leaving Saturday

I just popped out to National site to see where the rates are.

I used EA code and $20 off coupon

Thanks for the heads up. We are there the exact same dates. I was planning on using ME on Sat and then getting over to the Dolphin on Sunday to pick up the car. This was 30 dollars cheaper than picking up at the airport.now we are picking up at the airport(I will have access to my contact lens solution and hair gel quicker, lol) and dropping off at the Dolphin for the same price. We will usee ME to get back to the airport. Also rechecked my origan rervation and it had gone up in price. Guess the cars were running out at the Dolphin and not being rented at the airport.

I had originally booked on Alamo, then Thrifty - National had been much much higher for end of August. After your post I checked National and rate was $ 40. lower than Alamo including taxes. Used the EA code and E-coupon for $ 20. on National site.

Soooo excited! (Just wish rates were as good for Boston for next weekend)

They actually raised the price on your original reservation? Or you just checked the same dates/drop offs?

I rechecked the dates, the original reservation quote stayed the same.The price was higher at the Dolphin by about 10 dollars for the exact same reservation I made the day before. Still have the old Dolphin reservation in case I change my mind at the airport.

My week long rate on a compact from the Car Care Center dropped from $250 to $141! More $$ for Disney I guess!

I wanted to bump this up. I just saved almost $100 on my rental. I'm paying less than $250 for 10 days for an intermediate. That's with fees. That's incredible!!!!

What is the EA code? Also..if you book intermediate, is there anything else you have to do to get emerald aisle, or you get it automatically?

You have to be a member of the Emerald Club to get emerald aisle service.
Go to their website, join and then click on the specials. There will be a coupon there for your rental.
