I think I’ll make them tonight. No Steak-umms or other chopped, formed, and sliced product. Only real thinly sliced beef, topped with real cheese, not Cheez-Wiz.

Maybe with mushrooms.

Rib-eye or New York steak thinly sliced, grilled and seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Serve with grilled onions, mushrooms, and green (or red) bell pepper slices. Provolone cheese.
