National CC info??

Is anyone else having problems with reserving and the CC info not being there? I looked at my profile and the info is there, but it won't appear on the ressie screen. Needless to say, I can't book the car without it.
 
I did have this happen to me, and my solution was to go to a different computer. Since I have 2 at home to choose from, this was not a problem. The screen was messed up and didn't have the credit card info on one and I couldn't make the reservation. I finally tried on our other computer, and it worked fine. Can't explain it, but I offer trying on a different computer as a work-around suggestions.
 
I also had a problem, so I went to "My Profile" first to verify the CC information was there. Then from the CC page, I selected "Reservations". Worked fine then.

I get the same thing all the time. I finally started refreshing the screen (and relogging in) until it showed my credit card info at the bottom. It is time consuming, but it's the only way I've been able to get it to work lately.
 

My husband and I are both Emerald Club members, and have our joint Amex and Visa Cards listed on our profiles. It appears that one card is now linked to DH's profile and is not available for my reservations. I have tried refreshing, re-entering, e-mailing, etc. etc. and it appears that Card #1 is only available for one individual's rental. Oh well, fortunately we have 2 cards.:)
