National car surcharges?

Does anyone know why when you try reserving a car using any coupon other than priceless you are charged a Concession Fee Recovery Charge of 9.8% (approx. $13.00)? When you put in the Priceless Code of 6600330 and lets say the Ent. code of 10009123, there is no Concession Fee. I just don't want any surprise fees added when I actually rent the car.

it's because the Priceless code saves you money by eliminating the concession fee. Therefore, if you don't use that code, you pay the concession fee. If you can find a combination of coupon/code that saves you more than eliminating the concession fee, it makes sense to use it; otherwise, these 2 seem to be the best combo.

For some reason the priceless code is considered a corporate discount and doesn't charge the fee. It's the only code on the list that starts with 6 instead of 5.

No. I've used the priceless code with entertainment coupon 2 or 3 times with no problem.

That's great!! I have tried dozens of contract and coupon combinations but nothing can beat the price of Priceless and Ent. coupon. Thanks to all of you for your quick responses, you guys are the greatest!
