Could someone please explain in simple terms what the different levels of National's Club mean...I'm so confused. Emerald, Executive, Aisle.

My reservation says I am "Executive" level, but I'm not sure what that means.

Thank you

If you are regular emerald aisle, you book a midsize and are guaranteed a midsize car on the regular emerald aisle, but can take anything on that aisle. Executive is the next tier up, generally earned by renting a lot the prior year. On executive you rent a midsize vehicle and are guaranteed a full size car, but will choose from the executive aisle which will generally have a variety of cars. You can choose from the regular emerald aisle too. If you arrive and the aisles are empty, they will send you to the full size aisle. While that normally doesn't happen, it had happened to us several times. We have been executive members for many years. As exec members you also earn your free days slightly quicker too. To maintain the executive level for the next year you have to rent 40 days a year and you get reevaluated the beginning of each calendar year. You will see that when you log in and see your personal information in the upper left box. It seems to change or downgrade or upgrade in February. We are good until February 2015, and are up to 33 days right now with 2 more trips coming up, so should end the year with 58 days this year.
