Natalie's Pillowcase DISigns

Can someone help me with using Natalie's pillowcase disign? Do you cut each of the square designs out of the transfer paper and then put it on. I can't imagine you would put the whole sheet on. Also, are you supposed to change the size? I printed it the whole page, but they seem small to go on a regular size pillowcase. Just curious what others have done. I hope to put her name in the middle, too.

Thanks for your help. This is the first (of many) things that I am making. I am sure I will have more questions. We've never used iron on transfers before. Is there a better kind to use? Do most people just print at home? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've seen the designs used many different ways. I created the graphics to go down the side of the pillowcase so there wouldn't be any iron-on or ink in the center where you would lay your head.
