I really think it was a homicide. But not enough evidence.

I really don't know anything about her death, the only thing I remember at the time was the joke up thread since I was a young kid.
I did notice that this has been in the news lately so I'm just going to assume that law officials feels it was murder since it is still being investigated.

Based on evidence there was heavy alcohol consumption that impaired judgement. Seems likely there was a physical domestic altercation between her & Wagner. Ultimately I think she was responsible for her own tragic accidental demise.

Yes. I think they drank, did drugs, fought. He went to bed. She was ticked off and maybe tried to get off the boat and fell.
