Nasty weather in Ontario today

the winter storm is supposed to start at 1am Friday and go right through until 9pm at night with periods of really heavy snow - hope you manage to catch your flights!!

We are flying out on Friday morning (from Toronto) to NYC for the weekend (seeing Wicked and Legally Blond!) so I hope the weather cooperates.

Oh-no ... I hope nothing happens to delay your flight too badly. I know sometimes the media really hypes up a storm and it turns out to not be that bad. Is there any way you can switch to a flight that leaves tonight?

We are heading to Buffalo tomorrow evening and flying out at 6:30am Saturday morning. Wouldn't you just know another storm is coming tomorrow!

BUT I got it changed to leave tonight at 8:15pm.

Yes they are calling for 15 to 20 cms of snow for overnight and into tomorrow.

My Mom and sister are suppose to be coming back on Saturday from WDW. They have been emailing me and say it is cold there this week. One night got down to 46 degrees. Yesterday was suppose to be 74 degrees but haven't heard from them today.

Momto4boys-- I used to live in Paisley. I don't miss the snow....I live east of Toronto now, we don't get as much. When we moved here and the big snowblower came out of the truck they were like what....now we just use it for when the plows put too much in the end of the driveway.
