We just did the Graycliff tour and chocolate making and I honestly don't think it was worth the money. Maybe it was just our group, but there was no tour and barely any explanation of anything related to cacao, the equipment, etc. We essentially put on caps and gowns and were ushered into the chocolate making room (allowed to use a spoon to taste white and dark chocolate first).
In the room we each picked a chocolate, which they brought to us (melted and pourable) in plastic cups. There was some confusion as we were only offered dark and white and someone asked about milk chocolate, and we got an "oh yeah we can do that" and then half the group switched. Milk chocolate must not have been ready as it seemed to take forever for them to come back with it.
The first part of the tour was pouring the liquid chocolate into a mold, then you could add coconut, almonds, chocolate chips and a few other things into it if you wanted. There was a piece of pineapple you could dip in the chocolate and eat. While the bars were cooling we were told to use the extra chocolate and add-ins to make balls of chocolate on paper on the table, which everyone did and those were cut out and taken to cool as well.
That was pretty much it. We got to put the chocolates we made in a plastic bag and tie it with string and then the bus took us back to the port.
