NASCAR site

I was on Citywalk in Dec. 2014 and again in Feb. this year. Both times the NASCAR site was rather "unsightly". What is the status now? Anything new opened there yet?

I was there Tuesday/Wednesday last week and they were finishing up the front facade, looked very close to open. Finishing touches!!!

Looks like work pulling NBA City apart will start right after too
