We'll be eating at Narcoosee's for our 10th anniversary. I mentioned this when I booked my ADRs through Disney dining. Now, I'm wondering if I should call the restaurant & let them know. What do you think? If I need to call the restaurant, does anyone have the phone number? Thanks!

BTW- We're not having a special cake or anything. I just wanted to let them know b/c I thought that they did special menus.

We're celebrating our 7th anniversary here this year, so I'd love to know the same thing. I think I will request a cake, unless someone says their desserts are much better!

We celebrated our 30th:hug: at Narcoosse's and we did receive the menu with our names on it. It was a total surprise, we never told anyone but the cm when we made our adr. That was 2 years ago and when we got home my dh went and had them framed.

the menu just has congrats and your names at the top. we just made a note on our ADr's last time and they did this without us asking. i am sure if you call disney dining they can give you the number or transfer you. also we have gotten free champagne the last two times wewere there (honeymoon and 1st anniversary)

the almond crusted cheesecake is to DIE for!

I keep hearing about the almond crusted cheesecake. I'm so excited just hearing about it that I'm wishing we were going to Narcoosee's more than once. Less than 2 weeks to go!

we are going twice in sept. the first night and last night. best way to start and finish!

the almond crusted cheesecake reminds me of a Good Humor Toasted Almond ice cream bar - that crunchy, almondy coating!

another thought: how about pre-ordering a mini castle cake (thru GF bakery) to be served during dessert?

in addition to the almond crusted cheesecake, i should add!

I don't think you need to do anything else. We got the "total surprise" for my nephew's 6th birthday. We simply had it noted in the trip reservation, not that we were celebrating that night per se. Well we went to read our menus and at the top was "Happy 6th Bithday Zeke". We all were taken aback an the bday boy just lit up and asked, "how'd the do that"...Disney Magic baby. They also gave him a birthday button which he proudly wore for the remainder of the trip. This was our first night dinner, wow.

Has anyone been recently. The photos I've been seeing of the AC cheesecake look different than our presentation. IS there anyone who was there in 2007 that can say yay or nay vs 2008. I'm sure the cake is the same, but the presentation is not the same.
