Narcoossee's Fireworks

My family is in the early planning stages of our next trip in March 2025 and well away from our ADR date. However, we were trying to come up with a plan for our first night. On our arrival day we typically just go to Disney Springs, do some early souvenir shopping, have lunch, and ease into vacation mode before the rope dropping and rides. We have done California Grill before but wanted to try a new restaurant but with a view of the fireworks.

We have read reviews and looked at the menu and are very interested in trying Narcoossee's. We understand that from a window table and/or the outside patio, you can watch the fireworks and they will typically halt service/hold your next course. While we obviously would try to get the most appropriately timed reservation to allow us to be there when the show started, we were wondering if they allowed you to return to view the fireworks like California Grill does? One video review we watched did mention that it was allowed but we have not found mention of that anywhere else?

Again, we would definitely try to get an ADR timed to allow us to already be there but if we had to take something earlier in the evening would they let us linger and/or come back or once you leave that's it?

The physical layout of CG and Narccossee’s are very different.
CG has a roof space for people to view the fireworks while the space of the Grand Floridian eatery is smaller.
We’ve never eaten there with the idea of observing the fireworks but the area to view is pretty limited. If you don’t get a window seat just view from the marina area were a lot of hotel guests see them. Sitting at the outdoor tables outside the QS gives a great view as well. Can’t say whether or not you will be welcomed if you return to the eatery.

We’ve eaten at Narcoosee’s several times. The walkway outside isn’t really monitored. And if you’re seated at a window table your view can be blocked by people standing out there.

We generally walk onto the porch for the fireworks and then come back inside for coffee and dessert. This is our favorite viewing spot.. and we book it every trip. Cali Grill is really nice as well, and the view is at a different angle because it is so high.
