Narcoossee lobster exclusion on DDP?

The lobster is already cracked and the tail and claws seperated for easy eating. If I can figure out how to post a picture, I'll show you!

My DH and I ate their last August and we both LOVED the lobster. It is 2 lbs., already cracked, and delicious. Everything else at Narcoosee's was excellent (apps., dessert, service, etc.) as well! Go for it, and enjoy.
