Do they pump in the Fireworks music to the whole restaurant or just the balcony outside?

When we were there last, we could hear the music from inside the restaurant.

Does anyone know what time the fireworks begin so that I could plan my ADR around that time?

The Disneyworld.com website has the fireworks schedules for the various parks listed 6 months out. I don't know when you're going, so can't tell you when Wishes is then. Just go on the website & you can look it up.
