Narcoosee doesn't have outside tables. They have a little deck that goes around part of the restaurant that people stand on sometimes to view Wishes. They do have some tables (inside) that are next to the windows, but don't necessarily count on getting one. I've asked twice for a window table there and both times was placed on the upper level. You can still see outside though.
