narcoosee's please help

Hi

We are really confused. We like the idea of Narcoosee's now for our dinner for 18-20 guests, however we have 3 vegetarians, and 2 of them don't like risotto, that is the vegetarian entree option. I don't want to offend anybody, but yet I really like it here (I am not a vegetarian). I don't want to worry about the guests all of the time on the day, I would like everybody to be happy with our choice of restaurant.

Please advise.

I would call the restaurant directly and ask them if they can provide another vegetarian option. Disney is pretty accomodating when it comes to special dietary needs.

I am in a very similar situation I would like to eat at narcoosees as this is where we got engaged - almost DF proposed on pier outside - but my family and I are not big fish fans (I know how stupid why go there then but its so special to us) so I posted a thread a few weeks ago some of the replies particularly from chocolatemouse may help she also had vegetarians.

I asked Narcoossee's if they could make up an additional vegetarian option, but their group dining department told me no. If this is not the case, then I'd love to know about it! They also said the menu changes often - at least seasonally - so what you see now is not likely what they'll serve in the future except for their signature dishes (lobster and filet mignon).

Narcoossee's is a very expensive restaurant, so it's not as if we're treating our guests poorly. At the risk of sounding like a bad person, I'm actually beyond trying to accommodate my guests more than I have already. I've done so much planning and preparation for them. If there are issues, it's time for them to be a little more tolerant.
