Would a character meal at 1900 Park Fare be any better? We would still have to leave MK to get there and eat, but the buffet style seemed like it might be quicker, and would be fairly easy to get back to MK after.

I like 1900 PF but quick it will not be. If. You rush through the meal you will have spent a lot of money and missed the experience. If you are simply trying to find a meal so that you al. Are well fed and you have a little down time, I really think that yuou may wnat to consider Trails End in Fort Wilderness.

I have not read many negative reviews, the cost is reasonable, and you get to take the boat to the campgrounds. The family can relax and wind down during the boatride, which is really nice, and you can time the meal, and not pay for characters you are zipping through.

Well, we really just want to find some place close that will be fairly quick and still enjoyable for our boys. Price isn't an issue, as we are on the deluxe plan as part of a package. My biggest concern with Trail's End is the weather. If it is cold, we won't want to be outside.

If you do nto want to leave the MK, try Tony's. It does not get a lot of love, but we like it and it is a good value on the dining plan once uyou add appetizers and dessert.
