Narcoosee's and Wishes

DW and I are planning a dinner in July at Narcoosee's. My 180 day window opens in about a week. If we want our dinner to wrap up around the time of Wishes, when should I try to make my reservation for? If i remember correctly, Wishes is about 10:00. We have never been to Narcoosee's before so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
