Depending on the number, age, size, and napping styles of your kids, you do have options at DLR. The train in DL is a great choice if your kids are the "fall asleep instantly in the car type." The lower seating area at Hungry Bear restaurant in Critter Country can be a quieter, shaded place during off hours. Our oldest would take short naps in the lobby of the Opera House while we sat on a bench. The lobby of the GCH can work, too, during quieter times. In DCA, the trail behind GRR works, if the weather isn't too hot. Or you can find a shady table away from the bandstand at Paradise Gardens. In DtD, the outdoor seating area of Starbucks might work, again during off hours. You can get a cool drink, use free wifi, and sit in the shade while the kids nap. Hope this helps!
