We have one month before our trip to Disneyland:cool1: My husband was wanting to try this restraunt while we are at disney. I have read mixed reviews on other web site. I am not sure if this a good choice for us to enjoy a dinner. Any reviews will be hlepful. Thanks

:thumbsup2 We really like Naples. Their kids' pizzas are HUGE and one can easily feed my 3. The service is hit and miss but the food is good and a good value. We usually eat there once a trip. Napolini is their to-go place next door and their mac n cheese is so good too.

I haven't eaten there myself, but when I suggested that we eat there for the day with my friend, he said he hated it when he had it once...

I have not done the sit down, but their counter service was terrible!!! It was one of the worst over priced meals I have ever eaten.

I did this in march it was fair Im not sure anything is worth the price in downtown disney. I did tortilia joes inside the place way overpriced outside service is way cheaper. I also did rainforest good but not great

I just feel they take advantage since it is disney and and they know they can take as much money out of you as they can.

We ate there last month. DH & I split a cesar salad ($9.95) and a medium pizza ($24.95). We each had a martini. The salad was the smallest salad I have ever had. So much so that I called our server over and asked if it was really a normal portion. It was three long narrow leaves with dressing. We seriously would have had three small bites each. A manager came over and took the salad away to the kitchen and offered a new one. I said no thanks, we'll pass, so it came off of our bill. The pizza was very good, thin crust, fresh generous toppings. We only ate 2/3rds of it. Our bill after AP disc with tax & tip was just over $50. Pretty pricy, but like others have said, DTD is expensive. OTOH, the take out window offers a very large slice of pizza and a soft drink for $5.99, we thought that was delicious and a good deal. Good luck deciding.:)

We had a late dinner there in December for my DBF's birthday and it was fantastic! I had a salad, which was actually huge and I didn't finish it. DBF had some pasta with sasuage and we split a pizza.. We didn't finish the pizza, so we took it to go and put it in a locker at the park.. The waitress was very nice. I was actually suprised because I read a lot of reviews that weren't so great.. I don't remember what the price was.. But we will def. be going there agian..

I liked it when I ate there in August. It was our first night and we all split a huge pizza which was plenty. I recommend it and will definitely eat there again.

We just ate at Naples (on the patio) the week before last and it was great. We had one of their classic, hand tossed mushroom pizzas, which was excellent. To be honest, we were a little skeptical at first, based on our experience at their counter service the day before.

We gone in to Napolini (counter service) to get some slices, which we'd done on previous visits and found that menu had changed. The food was simply awful. Gone are the wonderful thin slices of brick oven pizza, which have been replaced with thick Sicilian pizza, which was woefully undercooked. We also tried an order of their garlic knots, which are typically made with pizza dough. These were made with a flaky pastry dough and had little taste of garlic. In addition, the fresh faced staff obviously didn't want to be there and cared little about our complaints about the food. We ended up throwing it away and grabbing a snack in the park.

On a side note, we grabbed the ear of the head chef at Naples the following day and told him of our experience and he indicated that a number of people had been complaining about the new menu. Perhaps they will change it back.

I hated it. The service was terrible and rude. The food was nasty, I couldn't eat mine. Having said that we didn't have pizza, but still.... :sad2:

Completely agree with this!! We enjoyed Naples last October so we thought we'd enjoy Napolini on our trip a couple weeks ago for a faster meal. It was horrible. We had the pizza and rolls. Had we not been so tired, I would have complained and gotten my money back. It was THAT bad. Complete waste of money.

I have been to naples quite a few times. I think it is good. You know the prices going in so it shouldn't be a surprise. What we did once was order a bunch of pizzas to go (there were 13 of us) and ate them at the out door fireplace at the Grand Californian Hotel. We've stayed at the hotel quite a few times now and the fireplace is our FAVORITE place. The outdoors one is not quite as popular as the indoor fire place. Nice quiet spot to enjoy dinner.

We went to the Jazz Kitchen for the first time last month in DTD and it was really great. Pricey but really good.

At Naples their thin crust pizza is the yummiest thing on the menu.
Everyone was disappointed with their meals, I did enjoy my Caprese salad.

I would suggest eating at Yamabuki (PPH) instead. That was the healthiest meal we had all week. Their kids meal comes in a laquered bento box. It was the first meal my son enjoyed that wasn't mac and cheese.
It was teriyaki chicken with rice, edamame and orange slices.

Napolini was good when we went in November 2007. we had a cheese pizza and it was really great.
