Naples - Balloon Animals?

Hello! My friend's son really wants a balloon animal for his birthday. Are they doing them at Naples in DTD? He saw them there before and is insisting we go there. We aren't sure due to covid.

They were not doing them in late July (weekday). I imagine they can't because of Covid.

Right before the shutdown we had a fun guy at Tortilla Joe's too! I hope they are back soon!! So much fun

We've dined at Naples twice since DTD has reopened, once on a weekend and once on a weekday. No balloon guy either time.

We’ve stopped by DTD a few times since June, and we did not see the balloon animals being made. It’s unfortunate, as they do really cute ones for Halloween like jack and sally on swings!
