I agree - I believe when I made my reservations (for November 12th) I was told $90 per person for the wine pairing. I'd appreciate knowing for certain so perhaps OP will come back and confirm. I'm paying for 4 and, at $90 it's just too much but, at $50PP, probably doable as a special once-only splurge.

Just did the wine pairings on 10/1 and it is now $90 instead of the $50 it was previously. I probably would not have done them if I'd known going in but the pairings were great and Isaac was amazing with his extra pours and taking note of what I liked.

Holy cow, that’s still a pretty good deal but so much wine! Wish they would do 4 glasses or something for $50 and make one of them a glass of champagne at the start of the meal, dessert wine at the end, and then two during the meal…

It seems like it but it's paired extremely well. I wasn't hungover at all. You could probably do something like that and see if they do half pours otherwise it'd probably be more than $50.

I just looked at our menu and it was 7 pours. I’m pretty sure we paid $50 on Sept 12th, but I’m not too surprised it’s up to $90 now.
