Hi ladies!
DF and I are going for our planning session in 2 weeks

) and we're filling out the planning packet they sent us.
We're having our reception in the Napa room and have already picked our menu, etc. My question is about cocktail hour- did you add food to the cocktail hour? Are the flatbreads on the menu served during cocktail hour? I'm trying to figure out if we need to add something else to the menu we've already selected.
I've also read about brides who have used the Sonoma room for cocktail hour and then moved to the Napa room for dinner. What is the cost for doing something like this? I think it might be a nice idea to have a different space for cocktail hour.
