I am new to this site. How do I rent a villa in the Animal Kingdom Resort for 5 days(4 adults) 2 children, with a view of the animals?

Check out the DVC rent/trade board. Often you can rent points from a DVC owner for a great deal less $ than you would pay by booking the villa through Disney. There are some risks, so make sure you read all of the information carefully.

FYI, we've rented points twice, and very successfully!

And if you want a room with "a view of the animals", make sure you specify Savannah View.
