Nana Recall boxes

Is anyone else in limbo waiting for the return packaging to arrive? I submitted on Nov. 11, I think and so far no boxes. This isn't like Apple. At all.

I think we are! DH keeps asking if it came - then he went and looked and it said we already received it

Mine is still in Step 1 Service Requested - Nov 11-The email that I received when I opened up the support ticket said that the box would be received in 2 business days

Yup, still waiting here too. Granted, I just filled out my request last Monday but I thought I would have had it by now.
