Names on resale title question

Are there any pros or cons to putting your spouse on a resale contract?

Whoever is on the title is considered an owner. If you set up as joint tenancy with right of survivorship, it goes to the spouse without issues if something happens to the other.

Doesn't matter for perks but if you ever did want to buy direct for them, and wanted them to have their own blue card, it would be easier to own jointly, as anything titled differently is a new membership.
