Names of great servers

Okay, I saw a thread about this about a year ago but can't find it now and even if I could, many of the servers named there might be gone by now. I'm hoping that some of you can give me recommendations for servers you have loved at any of these restaurants:

Ohana
Jiko
Le Cellier
California Grill
50's Prime Time

We're going in less than a month and I'm in full blown panic mode now!

Has anyone asked for a particular server and gotten a not so friendly response?
I just don't want to inconvenience anyone

Hands down the best server at California Grill (and I've heard alot of other people say this too) is Walter!!!!

I don't know of any servers at any of those restaurants - but if anyone makes their way to Trails End for breakfast or lunch, ask for Ken or Donnell!

Donalds Breakfastasaurus........NANCY......we have had her the last six or so times we have gone there......she is something else....

The girl we had in December from LeCellier was only on a semester period.......she was leaving to go back to Canada the next day that we had her......her name was jennie and was a sweetie....so some of the servers in the World Showcase are only there for a short period of time.....Internship or College programs too
