I am looking for inexpensive napkins and plastic plates. I need a light yellow color. I have been to Walmart, Target, Michaels and Dollar Tree. They have yellow, but it is too bright.
Please give me your cheap party site!

Partysupplies.com has light yellow party supplies. There is a factory card outlet in Clarksburg and a party supply store in Morgantown, if you're anywhere near there - both carry a wide assortment of solid color party supplies, they may have what you need.
