Name wrong on ressie-do I call again or have it fixed at check in

I have called three times to have my brother's name corrected on his reservation. He is listed as the lead name, but they have him as "Mrs".

Each time I call, including when I talked to a supervisor,they said that's strange, never seen that before, no problem, we"ll fix it.

We arrive on the 28th, and I'm afraid they will screw something up if I call again since they cant seem to fix it. They already goofed up my points and user year when I added names that had to be corrected.

Any one know...will I run into problems with them fixing this at check in? Don't want them to give him a hard time due to the fact that they have him listed as a woman.

Try emailing.

Be sure to include the confirmation number of the reservation and mention that you have already called 3 times and even though the CMs say they have corrected the info, it is still not correct.

FWIW, I do not think this will be a problem at check in, but I totally get the frustration.

this shouldn't be a problem, but e-mail them to set your mind at ease.

this happened to me & i was stressed as well. three times they changed things & three times things got terribly messed up. so i left it alone. we just left the "mrs." alone. of course i was traveling with my dh who was listed as my mrs. and the lead on the ressie. at checkin the cm called us up and asked us what the last name the ressie was under, & a picture id. cm said welcome home & no more worries .....

Thanks for the replies. I think I'm going to leave it alone at this point. At least I know that someone else had the same problem and had no big deal to fix it at check in.

We have had name problems too and I agree, leave it alone, before they make it worse and just ask them to change it at check in.

I had the same issue so I emailed. Received a response and the names were fixed within 3 days.
