Name this movie!!

I was in Sam's club today. On one of the TVs for sale there was a movie playing.
It was computer animated with lots of dogs in it. There was also a woman with hair stacked up high on her head.
In particular there was a wiener dog. I noticed because we have two dachshunds. It was not "Bolt"

It was okay! I think the first one was better. DS#1 loved them both, but he's 4 and likes most animated movies. LOL!
