Name that Palo Brunch Champagne!

We were on the 11/6 Western Magic and enjoyed the champagne at the Palo brunch very much. Of course, we forgot to ask what kind of champagne it is. I know it's not the Iron Horse Fairy Tail Cuvee brut

Did anyone askwhat champagne it is? Or can someone who is on the Magic ask?
