gravalax is cured salmon.

I like salmon and this is not one of my favorites

Specifically, gravlax is salt cured salmon. The Aquavit Granite is a frozen concoction that is shaved to form crystals. It adds a counterpoint to the salmon.

I don't care for salmon, but like gravlax. You may be pleasantly surprised!

Do avoid the salmon at Canada's kiosk. You can smell it from the UK if the wind is right. Yuck.
