Name of company that helps with ADR's

I remember seeing that some people use a service to help out with making their ADR's. Can someone tell me the name? Also do they charge for their service and if so how much?

I think you mean Touringplans.com. I use them for crowd calendars etc.. and I tried to use their reservation system but it never helped us. Used it while there and a couple days before and had better luck checking the Disney App. It lets you request up to 3 reservations and they check multiple times a day I think, so further out it may be better. I think it was free to use, I paid for a membership to get crowd info.

We've had good success with TP's ADR finder tool. Basically, they keep running ADR checks and when they see availability, they send out notification to those watching.

Preparation is key. We missed the first few alerts taking too long to respond. After that we tried harder by bookmarking the WDW ADR pages, being able to sign in to our account very quickly, and focusing hard on alerts that came during quiet hours to limit our competition.

If you're up at 5am and an alert comes in... HURRY! Go grab it It's yours.

I've had great luck with the ADR finder on Touring Plans. Keep in mind, once they find the reservation it turns off the alert, so if you don't get it you need to sign up again.
