Name Of an old movie ..

I can't remember the name of it but here is some info...

It's held on a navy ship one of the guys falls overboard and turns into a fish
The movie is in black and white but the fish is in color the fish also wears eyeglasses.

If anyone can help me with the name I would greatly appreciate it

The movie part is actually in color... unless it has been colorized.... it doesn't look like it has... but who knows!

Speaking of old Don Knotts movies -- has anyone ever seen "The Ghost and Mr. Chicken?" I loved that one as a kid.

I used to show it to my 7th graders every Halloween, and they LOVED it. Those old movies and television shows are so different from a lot of the junk many of them watch (you wouldn't believe how often they would mention how funny it was and how surprised they were that there weren't any "cuss" words in it or "anything else bad".)
