Name design help needed

I had this photo bucket saved in my favorites on my computer but I can't tell whose it is.

I love these name designs and found all of the names I need except one. Does anyone recognize whose designs they are or can someone else help me and create something similar? I would love something like this for my youngest son. His name is Caden. Thanks so much!

I've seen a LOT of designers photobuckets since April but until this was posted the other day, I had never run across this bucket. However, there are others that do this kind of design so you might want to consider renaming your thread title (check under advanced after clicking edit) to indicate you're looking for help with a name (can't think of best wording right now) so you narrow down the work designers would have to do just to determine whether or not they can help.
