Name change for Everest ride?

I was just looking at the WDW web site and see they have the new Animal Kingdom roller coaster listed as "Expedition Everest - Ledend of the Forbidden Mountain." Has this always been the name? Until today, I'd always seen it written as "Expedition: Everest."

Was there a trademark dispute or something?

I presume that Legend of the Forbidden Mountain is just a subtitle!

A bit like the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror - nobody actually calls it that!

When we were there in April they did refer to it, in many instances, as EE - Legend of the Forbidden Mtn. But most folks just seem to call it EE.
