Trying to decide between Nachi Cocom and Mr Sanchos for day trip in Cozumel. Any thoughts?

I've been trying to figure out a beach day too. From what I've read, Nachi Cocom is more private and quieter than Mr. Sanchos. I can't tell though whether Nachi has the inflatables and water toys that Mr. Sanchos has. We aren't interested in an all inclusive, so I'm thinking about Paradise Beach.

We did Nachi Cocom with our 2 year old DD last year and it was great if you are looking for a very relaxing and uncrowded day at the beach. It doesnt have the inflatables. I think there was a post on here a year or two ago that had pictures of the beach, chairs and umbrellas.

If we return to Cozumel again, we will definitely return.

We loved Nachi Cocum when we went 4 years ago. Very peaceful and the people were very nice. I also got a massage there, much less expensive than if you get one on the ship! They do them in a little enclosed area near the gift shop.

It really depends on what you want for a beach day. Mr Sanchos can be extremely crowded, but it can keep you entertained.. It's nice if you want to do a bit of shopping as they have a few vendors. Nachi Cocum is a quiet peaceful environment. I prefer the latter.

I would rank them like this

1 - Paradise Beach
2 - Nachi Cocom
3 - Mr Sanchos

We did Sancho back in 2012. It wasn't horrible but it seemed to us is was more of a "party" atmosphere. The pool and the beach were nice as was the food and the price but like I said party atmosphere, which was ok for just me and my other half but if we had our kids with us, I probably would find another place to visit.

I have done both.
Nachi in 2012 and mr Sanchos 2 weeks ago.

Loved loved nachi. Relaxing, calm, great food and service.

Hated, hated me sanchos. It was a party vibe with carnival ship chain smokers all around. Crowded. food was HORRIBLE. Server rarely came by. Total waste of money. Don't go!

We booked this for our upcoming cruise- our group of 4 adults and 6 kids, thanks for the review. I'm glad our group will make up 10% of the max allowed! Lol
