With the new MYW system, will I be able to get my tickets replaced if I lose them? (I'm thinking of buying 7 or 10 day tickets and using them for 2 or 3 trips. The trips will be >1 year apart so I can't by APs.) I'm hesitant to spend $500 if I can't get a replacement.

Technically no, but, if you photo copy the front and back of the ticket, so that you have all the tracking numbers, Guest Relations will usually work with you if you misplace them.

We misplaced my son's ticket on the way home and I called guest services...maybe it was the ticketing office. The lady there said that if you have all your confirmation or magical gathering numbers, the hotel you check into next time will be able to call them up.

That's what I am hoping for anyway!!

1) As mentioned, photocopy the side with the numbers.
2) Or just write the numbers down. *
3) They can be replaced almost forever, IF you have the numbers.
4) This can be done
. . . at any resort concierge desk
. . . at any park guest services office
. . . at downtown disney guest services

If you buy them at WDW, just ask th eperson to print you a list of the numbers. They can do that at the same time you buy the tickets. Just keep the numbers in safe place afterward.

If you have your tickets on your room key, then they are easily replaceable. No need to write number or anything, at least if you lose them while at WDW.

We purchased our tickets from the Disney Store they told us to keep the receipt with us in a different place than our tickets. If we lost them down there, we could take the receipt to guest relations and have them replaced.

I scanned them into our computer and also printed out a copy for my brother -just in case we lost ours!

When you order from Disney, they give you a piece of paper with all the numbers on it -which is attached to the cards. Just save it.

That is true, but only if your currently staying on property and your reservation is checked in. If you have non- expiration days left over and you plan to use them later on down the road you would need to have the number from the Room Card to have them replaced. Without the entitlement number they have no way of looking up the ticket to replace it for you.
