What I need is a 8 or 9 day ticket, but it looks like it jumps 7 all the way to 10 days with no options in between. Are there any 8 and 9 day MYW tickets? :confused3

New! Eight and nine day passes are available I was told via another thread on this boards. The 8 day pass costs, I think, three dollars more than the seven day pass, the 9 day pass costs I think 3 dollars more than the 8 day pass. Four more dollars gets the 10 day pass.

There are indeed 8 & 9 day MYW passes available. If you are going to get the expiring ones, then the price difference is very small between the 7, 8, 9, and 10 day tickets, less than $5 per day.

The real drawback to these 8 & 9 day tickets comes if you want to add the no expiration option to them. Disney has set that option at $100 per ticket for them, which is $45 more than the non expiration option on the 7 day ticket. That means that getting the non expiration option will price the 8 day ticket about $50 more than a 7 day.

So, if you are getting the no-expire option, you might as well go for the 10 day ticket, right? Seems alot more cost-effective.

Correct! :flower:

Before usage or within 6 days of first usage of the ticket, you can make the pass into a 10 day pass(minus the days already consumed) by paying the difference in gate price which can be as little as three dollars a day, and add the non-expiration at that time.

You can actually upgrade your MYW ticket anytime within 14 days. I specifically asked a Guest Relations castmember that, as I was curious, since the old upgrade time used to be within 7 days of 1st use.l

Correct. The requirement of doing MYW ticketing changes has always (well, since January 2nd anyway ;) ) been at the 14 day level.

Thanks so much, guys!!!! Decisions, decisions....2 in our party won't be returning and since we can't use their extra days I'll have to go with a 8/9 day ticket for them. It's a bummer that you can't do that anymore! :sad2:
